We collect only what's needed to operate the service: your email address, name, and the education-related data you upload (student names, purchases, PPCs). We never ask for ClassWallet passwords or bank details.
Your data is used solely to provide the service — displaying your dashboard, generating PPCs, and surfacing hidden cap information. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (encrypted at rest) and transmitted over HTTPS. Stripe handles payment data — we never see your card details.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We retain data only as long as your account is active, plus 30 days for recovery purposes.
You may store information about minor children (student names, grades, educational materials) as part of operating the service. This data is subject to the same protections above. Do not upload data for children without parental authority.
We use: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), GitHub (deployment). Each has its own privacy policy. We don't share your data beyond what's necessary for these services to function.
We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
